esMaker App

The purpose of this app is to publish surveys on mobile devices in order to then collect anonymous survey responses, e.g. in environments where there are many people on the move and there may not always be access to the internet.

The users of this app can be divided into two (2) roles, administrator and respondent. The administrator must identify himself by logging in to be able to use the app for managing surveys. Surveys created in a web-based tool, in which compilation and analysis of survey responses is also carried out. The administrator's account details are in the web-based tool and all communication between the app and the tool takes place via an API. A respondent, on the other hand, only gets access to an interface where a survey can be answered anonymously.

If you as a respondent participated in and completed a survey in the app, your survey answers will be deleted from the device used and instead stored on a server located in Sweden, completely anonymized and without any connection to you or the device used. Only the administrator who initiated the survey has access to the data via a web-based tool.

As the supplier of the app, we protect the data with technical protection and carefully designed procedures in accordance with the requirements of the data protection regulation GDPR.

The organization that carries out the survey is responsible for how the data is used and that it is not used in a way that risks your personal integrity. The organization should also inform you about who to contact for help with questions concerning your privacy in connection with being asked to participate in the survey.

Data is never shared with any third party data broker. Data collected by the app is also never linked to third-party data for marketing or advertising purposes.

In order to use the app and start the survey, you must consent to this processing of your personal data.
